Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient driving services to company's president, his family members, employees and guests of the company
• Responsible for regular company vehicles repair and maintenance including vehicles hygiene, driving license renewal and replenish fuel as needed etc.
• Maintain clear and updated driving records regularly
• Perform general office administration duties as required
• Perform the duties as assigned by the Executive Secretary and the President when needed

Requirements

• Holder of valid HK driving license with clean driving record (no driving violations)
• Familiar with Hong Kong routes and traffic regulations
• Min. 10 years of relevant working experience as a company driver
• Courteous, punctual, honest, positive driving attitude and manner with safety mindset
• Good communication and time management skills
• Demonstrates the ability to manage personal workload when conflicting priorities exit
• No smoking during working hour
• Willing to work overtime and able to accommodate flexible working hours
• Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate in spoken English, and Mandarin (is an asset)
• Background gained from multi-national/sizable corporation(s) is a definite advantage
• Experience on serving CEO or senior management and Live in Hong Kong Island are preferred
