Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Centre Manager in managing the daily operations of the Learning Centre.
  • Assist in the growth and overall profitability of the Learning Centre.
  • Creating a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents.
  • Maintaining a clean and conducive learning environment.
  • Safety and care for students.
  • Scheduling classes.
  • Attend, respond and manage customer enquiries and requests.
  • Front desk and administrative duties.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Candidate should have a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant field of study will also be considered.
  • Preferable experience includes but is not limited to Education centres, Sales, Customer Service, Retail, Food & Beverage.
  • Must love children.
  • Ability to manage stress and difficult situations at all times.
  • Invoice and payment handling
  • Candidate should possess a cheerful deposition and excellent communication skills at all levels and must be customer oriented.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
  • Able to perform front-desk selling and introduction of I Can Read courses
  • Computer and MS Office proficient and able to adapt our POS system.
  • Must be willing to work retail hours (willing to work on Saturday and occasional events)
