Major Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling of the Quality Inspectors’ inspection schedules from development, production and shipment according to the operation’s requirements
• Update inspection schedules to meet changes as and when required
• Arrange logistics in accordance with the Inspector schedule
• Handle emails/ correspondence to vendors and quality inspectors
• Ensure Quality Inspectors are in full compliance with all Company’s standard operation procedures
• Handle ad hoc assignment if required

  Job Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE holder  with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling schedule & roster
• Familiar in using Excel and Data management
• Be tactful in dealing with vendors
• Able to work under pressure on peak seasons
• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in China manufacturing/export  business of footwear is an advantage
• Daily travel to Shenzhen Office (located at Shenzhen Shangri-la Hotel, just 5 mins walk from LoWu Border)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experiences will also be considered as Scheduling Team – Coordinator

Remarks:

• Job Location: Office in Shenzhen (5 mins walk from LoWu Border)
• Working Days Per Week:  5 days / 6 days (subject to workload)
• Working Hours:  0930 to 1730
