Position

As part of the Administration Team, you are required to help with all the administrative duties to facilitate smooth functioning of the Academy. The major responsibilities for this position are as follows:

• Completing student registration process.
• Arranging schedules and coordinating between students and teachers.
• Tracking and compiling of progress reports.
• Completing application forms and contracts.
• Facilitating the sales process for the Academy.
• Communicating frequently with clients and external parties.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor Degree.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Possess at least 2 years of solid working experience.
• Passion in the field of Education.
• Set a high standard for themselves, who must see their jobs done right.
• Impeccable attention to details.
• Disciplined and organized, who are both data and timeline sensitive.
• Pleasant personalities, who can communicate well with our clients.
• Familiar with procedures, processes and systems.
