HealthCore is currently helping one of its clients, a global pharmaceutical company, to recruit a Director of People, Learning & Development for the Asia region. 

General Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement people, leadership, L&D strategies and initiatives in the Asia region.
• Identify areas of talent L&D needs and work with senior management, country heads and human resources partners on the design and delivery of solutions.
• Evaluate and choose external agencies & consultancies for supplementary support when necessary.
• Continuously analyze and drive improvement and growth of people, L&D in the Asia region.

 General Qualifications / Skills:

• Solid related work experience gained from sizable pharmaceutical or medical products companies.  

• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel
