Responsibilities

• Provide quality and professional customer service to client and sales including order placing, IPOs processing etc.
• Handle customer inquiry
• Provide administrative support to sales

Requirements

• HKSI papers 1, 7 & 8 holder
• Minimum 2 year Dealing or Customer Services experience in securities industry & with SFC RA1 licenses. Knowledge in investment products is an advantage
• Customer-oriented and proactive
• Good communication skill and must be PC literate
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
