Job Description

The Job:

  • Responsible for general clerical duties, preparing invoices, quotation and report
  • Follow up orders and handle customer inquiries
  • Provide administrative support
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • F5 or above in any discipline
  • 1 year clerical experience is preferable
  • Self-initiated, hardworking and be a good team player
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good computer skills at MS softwares
