Job Description
The Job:
- Responsible for general clerical duties, preparing invoices, quotation and report
- Follow up orders and handle customer inquiries
- Provide administrative support
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
- F5 or above in any discipline
- 1 year clerical experience is preferable
- Self-initiated, hardworking and be a good team player
- Immediate available is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good computer skills at MS softwares
