Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports for primary sector including consumption table, analytical reports of property transaction etc.
- Handle and coordinate with the promotions of projects, such as preparing proposal for Tendering as Sole Agent
- Liaise with Developer for updates of leasing properties
- Ac hoc tasks as assigned by Administrative Team
Requirements:
- For 5 or above
- 1-2 years' relevant work experience
- Good command of written Chinese
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Immediate available is preferred
