Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer the competitiveness pay and benefits positions (including job evaluation, job grading, survey participation, analysis and improvement recommendations)
- Analyze commission and bonus payout, year-end review, and regional ad-hoc projects and initiatives
- Provides overview of monthly staff cost against budget analysis
- Due diligence exercise in M&A activities
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 10 years of C&B, HR analytics experience in sizable organization
- Sound knowledge in salary and benefits administration, C&B practices and HRIS application
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
