Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide office administrative support and customer service to executives and chapter members
  • Provide general duties at reception, answering phone and greeting visitors
  • Replenish and organize office supplies and pantry
  • Keep calendar of schedules for executives
  • Manage finance and accounting data and produce regular report for audit trail
  • Manage chapter membership data in confidence
  • Handle enquiries from various channels
  • Prepare correspondence for executives as required
  • Manage web site contents, social medial networks and office automation tools
  • Prepare internal board meeting, logistic and minutes of meeting
  • Manage training events, seminars, marketing events from invitation, communication, marketing, enrolment, F&B, delivery and evaluation (provide seminar, training and other events supporting in weekday evening or Saturday if needed)

 

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (Degree holder is an advantage)
  • 3 years of work experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Self-motivated and customer-centric are core requirements
  • Must be a team player with strong communication and pleasant interpersonal skills
