Responsibilities

• Provide timely and best in class services and support to our legal teams using e-discovery software. That includes:
• facilitating and managing document reviews;
• managing user access, licences and security controls;
• creating snapshot reports / burning of CDs;
• running bulk prints and productions for users;
• creating, issues, fields etc, with the software; and
• managing the e-discovery software administration regionally.
• Provide advice to the legal team regarding e-Discovery compliance and efficient document management best practice
• Support the legal team to working alongside clients with the identification, transfer and treatment of relevant data from their systems
• Provide all necessary e-discovery software training to lawyers.
• Liaise with software and hardware providers where necessary

Requirements

• minimum 2 year experience of Litigation Support, e-Discovery and efficient document Management processes in a law firm or bureau context
• Experience with one or more e-discovery platforms; for example - Ringtail, Relativity and Summation
• Appreciation of latest e-discovery and analytical technology and its application to cases as appropriate
• Exceptional computer literacy as well as strong problem solving and organisational skills
• A team player who can flex their style working across different legal groups and offices; but is also comfortable and self-motivated to perform in an independent capacity
• Chinese language skills desirable, but not essential
