Duties

• Provide comprehensive support to Senior Management
• Serve as coordinator on various business projects, conduct research and data analysis, provide assistance in marketing activities, manage and assist in new restaurant openings, assist in improving restaurant operations
• Create and develop operating procedures suitable for company and restaurant operations
• Assist in handling enquiries from external parties
• Schedule and arrange internal and external business meetings, draft and prepare related agenda, meeting papers and minutes, presentation slides etc
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is an open minded and responsible critical thinker
• Foreign or exchange educational experiences is an asset but not a requirement
• Degree holder in any disciplines, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• High level of integrity and confidentiality of all business and private matters
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Chinese Word Processing is necessary
• Cantonese fluency required. Native/Advanced level of English fluency is ideal. Mandarin fluency an asset but not required.
• Candidate must be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong
• Less experienced candidate will be considered for the Operations Assistant role
• Immediately available or with short notice highly desirable
• Working Location: San Po Kong
