Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement Hiring policies and programs that support the rapid growth and expansion of the organization in Hong Kong and other continentals like Europe and America.
• Lead recruitment team, partner with Hiring Managers and HR from all divisions/brands to understand hiring needs and develop cohesive search strategies for open and upcoming positions
• Lead employer branding projects and work with HR counterparts to promote companies image and attract talent
• Develop and maintain deep and specific network of top digital talents, both active and passive
• Grow and maintain talent pipeline through sourcing activity and networking while ensuring data quality and integrity

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 10 years relevant experience with strong knowledge of sizable and diversified organization
• Experience in consulting firm, with capability in establishing and maintaining talent network must be a plus
• Familiarity with HR practice in financial industry is a definite advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Passionate, Aggressive, with problem solving mindset and skills
• Mainland China Working Experience is a strong plus
