Our clients, leading international banks in Hong Kong, are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their professional team.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle and execute securities and futures trading;
• Handle clients' enquiries for trading;
• Review trade documentation and ensure the dealing orders are completed accurately;
• Responsible for supporting traders on daily basis;
• Match daily transaction records and compile various trading reports;
• Willing to work on shifts and public holidays.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in call center related or in banking industry;
• Customer service or relevant experience would be an advantage;
• Passed with HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 is preferable;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Office & PC applications;
• Good team player and willing to take up ad-hoc tasks;
• Good service orientation and attentive to details;
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
