About the Company

Our client is a well-known local bank focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. With more than 200 branches in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a high caliber Investment Consultant to join the fast expanding team.

About the Role

Reporting to Branch Manager, you will formulate and implement business strategic plans to achieve the investment sales targets. You will also lead a team of Investment Sales Managers to devise and drive quality enhancement programs. Besides, you need to organize seminar, briefing and provide coaching to cascade market updates. Last but not least, you will review current sales process and identify areas for improvement in order to enhance sales quality and customers experience.

Requirements

• University graduate, with professional qualification such as CFA, CFP or CFMP an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with sound product and market knowledge
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fulfilment of the competence requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Future Ordinance
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
