Job Description
Graduate Trainee Program 2018 Our Graduate Trainee Program tailor-made for Fresh Graduates and aims at training Fresh Gaduates become YOUNG PROFESSIONAL in 2 years. Selected candidates can choose their preferred stream(s) and will be trained and rotated in different areas including, but not limited to Account Exective, Business Development, Customer Relationship, Direct Sales & Marketing, Operations Administration and Product Analysis.
After 2 years training program,candidates will become professional in the following aspects:
- Independent team management skill (assistant team manager level)
- Manage 8 frontline staff team
- Able to train up new comers for solving clients' problems
Requirements:
- University Graduate/Post Graduate or in any discipline
- Mature, with good interpersonal skill and able to work independently
- Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility
