Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process the daily operations and settlement of Stocks, Futures and other investment products.
- Track all trades, data input, prepare reports and client statement on daily basis
- Responsible for day-end procedures, daily stock reconciliation, daily financial settlement and deposit / withdrawal;
- Liaise with sale teams and brokers/ custodians/ trustee/ fund administrator to resolve settlement issues.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Education / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Business related disciplines.
- Assist CCASS/ DCASS and BOS system operations.
- Prefer 1 year or above experience in securities and fund settlement. (Fresh graduate will also be considered.)
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded, sensitive to figures and able to work independently under pressure.
- Immediately available is preferred.
- Candidate with more experiences may consider as Senior Officer.
