Teller/ Counter Service Officer

Our clients, some famous and international banks are now looking for candidates to join them as Teller/ Counter Service Officer. (Both Agressive and "Hea" banks)

Responsibilities:

• Handle counter transactions and customers’ enquiries
• Promote and advise banking products and services to customers
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese, English and Mathematics subjects (IS MUST)
• 1 year or above bank or customer service experience is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
