Our client, a regional bank, is now looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 year contract) to join their branch network.

Responsibilities:

• Work under business objectives, provide talent recommendations and hiring to line managers
• Perform talent search and building relationship with business partner
• Effective to use the recruitment budget to maintain the hiring target
• Handle the full recruitment cycle such as screening, interview and present offer
• Responsible for background check and TU checking for candidate
   

Requirements:

• University Degree or above
• 2 years’ experience in Human Resource / Talent Acquisition
• Knowledge of banking industry is an advantage
