Provide strategic supporting and input in growing the Distribution Business with regional and country teams to develop and activate the fund list. Establishing focus lists, provide analysis input based on relative AUM from existing book of business, investment market environment and input from investment team, and relevant / available competitive in-house/3rd party funds offered in each country in engaging all relevant stakeholders. Prioritize and align resource for all related downstream work to create strategic input in delivering tangible result and to deliver required aggressive growth. Regional monitoring and activation. For regional active fund list available in multiple markets, develop content covering sales story and fund sales narrative and perform quality control function on local retail & retirement products sales. Collateral development and formatting. Competitive analysis, to ensure narrative of selected active fund is positioned with relevant competitive funds, in each country / key distributing partners in the sales  material. Leverage and build on the key theme provided by investment team to develop effective and detailed narrative based on access to internal and external independent macro / sector / asset classes / fund research reports and database.

To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 15 years of experience of which at least 10 year management experience in financial reporting, editing of macroeconomics, investment, and fund research, as well as team management responsibility with a proven track record in supporting multi-channel fund distribution business. Sound knowledge in macroeconomics, equities, fixed income, multi-asset and solution products, with an understanding of mutual fund market trends and movements, as well as ideally a proven ability to identify product trends and to advise in the design of products to meet investor needs. Understanding of strategy and business development processes, practices and applications, together with sound knowledge of the operational and regulatory frameworks for intermediary investment markets. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
