(Contract position which will be converted to permanent post in 3-6 months if performance is satisfactory)

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular quantitative analysis on all loans products to identify key risk areas and provide/recommend solution(s) to mitigate credit and operational risk in retail banking
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for acquisition and portfolio monitoring purpose
• Discuss/liaise with business units in developing, validating and implementing acquisition and portfolio management policies/strategies to support business growth in a risk-reward justified approach
• Participate in the development, validation and maintenance of predictive risk model(s).
• Participate in providing user requirements for loan/credit system project development, user acceptance test and subsequent post implementation validation

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management Science, Statistics or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Have experience in using analytical/ statistical package and programming language such as SAS, Enterprise Miner, SQL, MS Excel/ Access, VBA and MS Office
• Knowledge of score modeling, Basel II and ICAPP requirements is an advantage
• Strong analytical mind and business sense
• Good report writing skill in English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
