Job Duties:

• Responsible for the credit risk management of banking business;
• Responsible for the development, implementation and enhancement of credit risk rating models and systems;
• Monitor and report model performance;
• Formulate credit risk management policies and procedures to facilitate the credit risk models implementation;
• Carry out stress-testing, operational limit setting, measure and monitor the bank's risk level in accordance with the policies and limits in relation to interest rate risk in the Banking Book and Liquidity Risk.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Risk Management, Statistics, Quantitative Finance or related disciplines; Professional qualification in ACCA/ CPA/ CFA/ FRM / PRM is a plus;
• Around 3 years or above relevant experience;
• In-depth knowledge in Basel regulatory requirements and banking practices in credit risk management is essential;
• Knowledge in scorecard / modelling and credit decision systems is preferable;
• Team-player, strategic thinker and entrepreneurial with strong ownership;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
