Job Description:

• Report to CEO;
• Develop strategies, review business performance and assess opportunities which will support the Company continued expansion;
• To manage the Group’s capital and cashflow;
• Ensure the business is at all times compliant in relation to finance matters;
• Ensure high standards of financial controls and reporting and its compliance to corporate policies and procedures continuously updated and compatible with current industry best practices;
• Manage the production of the monthly management accounts providing value-added analysis of trading and operational performance, conducing variance analysis from budgets, monitoring stock turn, cash flow and inventory positions, seeking cost/expense reduction opportunities;
• Carry out IPO work and closely work with foreign operational managers to implement financial priorities;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and key cost driver for cost effectiveness;
• Liaise with external parties including lawyers, bankers, financial advisors and auditors;
• Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above holder in Accounting or related disciplines with CPA;
• At least 10 years in senior level finance position;
• Direct IPO project experience;
• Experience in strategic planning and execution;
• Knowledge and experienced in taxation rules and Listing Rules;
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections;
• Have strong commercial orientation and analytical skills with high integrity and good communication skills;
• High level of presence and have proven ability of liaising with people at many different levels;
• Strong leadership skills, a hands-on working approach, excellent communication skills along with sound commercial awareness;
• A hands-on working approach, fast paced, good computer skills and can work under pressure;
• High level of initiative and business acumen as well as interpersonal / influencing skills to drive change;
• Mature, flexible, fast-paced, and able to work independently;
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels;
• Dynamic, innovative, confident, hardworking and willing to learn;
• Organized, analytical minded and attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
