Job Responsibilities:

· Plan, develop and implement various marketing programs to achieve the assigned business target and to grow the profitability of portfolio

· Work closely with various internal departments in order to comply with legal and compliance related issues for new product launch

· Analyze customer portfolio and to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of each program

· Innovative, possess strong business and marketing sense with good project management and problem solving skills

· Responsible for managing sizable equity/Fixed income/resource assets portfolios that invests in PRC/HK/Overseas stock markets/Fixed income/resource asset instruments

· Perform in-depth research on equity market and equity instruments; Analyze portfolio performance and monitor investment risk

· Closely work with HQ and institutional sales to contribute for growing AUM

Job Requirements:

· University graduates in Economics, Finance or related disciplines from top tier universities

· Prefer CFA or FRM charter holder

· Strong experience with RQFII scheme and network with institutional investors preferred

· Current RQFII or onshore equity fund portfolio/investment manager, from funds or securities firms preferred

· 3-5 years portfolio managing, research, and trading experience, at least two of which focused onshore/offshore equity market preferred

· Solid macro analysis and company research skills preferred

· Strong connections in China onshore equity markets, including trading counterparties, research firms, fund houses, equity sales and etc.

· Fluent Mandarin and English speaker
