Excellent Career Opportunity for commercial minded Finance professional for a start up Asset Management firm, focusing on China fund management.

• Responsible Officer for SFC Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities
• Supervision and implementation of fund business
• Experience in portfolio risk & control and fund operation
• Ensure statutory rules and regulations are in compliance
• Lead and work closely with Professional Investment Team

Requirements:

• University graduates preferred with finance professional qualification, such as CFA, CAIA, FRM or etc.
• Holder of SFC RO9 license is a must
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in financial institutions
• Direct experience and strong track record in previous assignments
• Previous experience in establishing new fund/asset management platform
• Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial drive with strong interpersonal and communicational skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
