Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit risk related policies and procedures to support the realization of the Company’s vision and mission
• Identify and assess credit risks of the proposals and the adequacy of the mitigating factors
• Manage the enterprise-wide risk management dashboard and indictors for integrated identification of key risks within the Company and all its businesses
• Ensure sound asset quality management practice across the businesses
• Work with Group Credit Risk to address any regulatory and audit requirements from a monitoring and reporting perspective.
• Drive and lead system enhancement related to credit risk
• Duties as and when assigned by Department Head and/or Regional Office

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Banking and Finance / Risk Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years’ solid credit control or credit risk management experience in bank’s brokerage department or securities firms
• Proficiency in securities trading systems on global securities and futures market
• Excellent knowledge of securities ordinance and practice in Hong Kong
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
• Strong analysis & quantitative skills needed
• Good working knowledge on credit control and credit portfolio risk management
• Detailed knowledge of operations and various regulatory requirements
• Pro-active in providing solutions to problems
