Responsibilities:

• Input and approve loan drawdown and adjustments, facility set-up/extension, facilities drawn, etc. information in systems
• Ensure required collateral are properly lodged with the Bank and maintained in systems
• Handle change of loan terms of all loans during loan life in systems
• Handle full/partial loan repayments and redemption of loans in systems
• Process LG renewal and cancellation
• Subject to business needs, job rotation to documentation team to handle facility letter, security documents, etc. and
• Support other tasks assigned by superiors.
  
  

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education in business disciplines;
• Solid experience in loans disbursement, loans servicing and/or documentation;
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Position offer will be subject to experience and qualification.
