The Mountbatten Institute offers you the opportunity to work for a full year in the most prestigious multi-national companies in either New York or London such as:

The traineeship provides:

The Mountbatten programmes include compulsory full time work fulfilment (9 am – 5 pm, 5 days a week) as a trainee as well as compulsory classroom training with workshops and seminars.

There are 2 intakes every year: March and August. We are currently accepting applications for the August 2018 intake (application deadline: 21 October 2018).

Established since 1984, the Mountbatten Program is a registered not-for-profit organisation in the USA and has "Authorised Government Exchange" status in both the UK and USA. In the UK, the Institute is an "A" class Tier 5 sponsor company and is listed in the UK Home Office's website (Register of Sponsor section, page 1113). We are also listed in the US State Department's website in the "Designated Sponsor List" section as GAP Activities dba Mountbatten Program (page 1). We have regional Offices in New York, London and Bangkok.

For more than 30 years the institute has placed over 7,000 people in the world's leading banks in New York and London. We have approximately 275 trainees in New York and 150 trainees in London each year.
