Job Description
Our client is a leading investment bank with a strong presence in Asia. They are looking for a Client On-boarding Manager to join their Hong Kong team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client on-boarding matters such as liaising with external clients, internal support groups and business partners on AML and KYC checks.
- Manage and coordinate account opening, documentation process and any issues with internal partners to ensure clients on-boarded comply with compliance and group policies.
- Maintain customer data and document and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with AML department and ensure the issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Support new and emerging business areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administraiong or related discipline
- At least 4 years of experience in KYC/ Client On-Boarding, SFC Type 1 License is a plus
- Strong Knowledge in KYC/AML and compliance framework.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
