This position will be responsible for all aspects of credit management from credit application, collections, interaction with both sales and management regarding collection issues, cash receivable management and related receivable legal proceedings in North Asia Region. 

 PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive to achieve DSO and AR target for North Asia region
• Regular review the creditworthiness of the credit account customers
• Prepare credit analysis report and recommendation for management review and approval
• Manage Internal control and policies compliance of on credit & collection
• Handle complicated customers disputes and support on legal litigations
• Provide training to credit & collection subordinates
• Collaborate customer dispute meeting with internal relative parties

 SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

• University degree holder or above in accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
• At least 5 years’ experience in credit risk management;
• Well organized, multi tasker, decision maker, virtual team management skills
• Independence with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of  business and cultural diversity with region exposure
• Strong understanding of financial and operational controls.
• Able to work under pressure to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Persuades others, expresses ideas in ways which lead others to share and agree with his or her perspective
