1.  General duties of Customer Service Clerk

2. Answering calls of telephone hotlines

3. Handling enquiry from customers

4. Provide after-sales service to customers

5.  Handling complaints from customers

6. General clerical duties

 

Job Requirements:

1. Form 6 or above

2. Working experience in Financial Field is preferable

3. Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

4. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

5. Candidate which graduated in Mainland China University will also be considered

6. Good in communication is must
