NATS are recruiting a Senior Consultant experienced in Airport Tower Operations to join our Commercial division, overseeing a portfolio of contracts and opportunities.

Based out of our Hong Kong or Singapore office, this is an exciting time to join the team as you will ensure our solutions are developed by engaging customers and developing resourcing models to meet client requirements. You will build key relationships and influence stakeholders to ensure we are represented and positioned to grow.

The role:

Reporting to the Principal Consultant (Solutions) you will take ownership of assigned leads, opportunities and contracts, to further commercial interest of NATS. You will work with Principal Consultants to build awareness of the market, customers, and competitors / partners.

You will be responsible for delivering revenue targets, meeting gross contribution and profit targets for projects and will take the lead on commercial negotiations ensuring customer issues are dealt with and compliant with the NATS' commercial policy.

Providing leadership and guidance to Consultants/Junior Consultants, you will lead, motivate and manage Solution and Consultant teams, establishing client relationships to oversee delivery of contracts.

As Senior Consultant, you will capture valuable capability and customer intelligence for input into the Product Lifecycle process, promoting its use and ensuring Consultancy teams are aware of the latest information on Air Traffic Management technologies and developments. You will work alongside project delivery teams to deliver a programme of work identifying internal and external resources, to meet contractual terms, operational and regulatory safety requirements.

Assessing potential problems critically and constructively along the way. Part of this role, is to ensure project partners are kept informed of risks that may impact financial position of any contract or affect the relationship with customers. Championing customer requirements, ensuring these are represented in the development and implementation of successful consultancy services.


Required profile:

The successful candidate will have significant experience in high intensity ATC Airport Tower Operations.

You will possess an understanding of commercial contract management combined with a demonstrable understanding of the commercial aspects for delivery of fixed price contracts.

Strong communication skills are essential, as is the experience to influence and persuade at all levels.

The ability to understand complex overseas markets, organisations and individual cultural differences is essential to the success of this role, so proven effective customer relationship management is required.

You must be a driven individual both personally and professionally, able to embrace, initiate and support creative solutions.

Excellent leadership skills are also necessary to engage with and motivate teams in order to meet demands of revenue targets.
