RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure proper and timely accounting entries in the Company’s accounting system SAP in accordance with Company’s accounting guidelines 

• Performed daily reconciliation (matching) of incoming and outgoing payments with records from contract management systems and SAP, including follow up where necessary

• Ensure proper approval, accurate and timely accounting record for all outgoing payments

• Prepare daily payment proposal, process bank instruction and ensure approval by approvers

• Prepare at least monthly bank reconciliation overview between SAP bank balances and bank statement

• Ensure requirements of Company’s handbook and policies (in particular on procurement of goods and services) have been adhered to

• Ensure processes are adhered to and continuously improved, including keeping policies/ guidelines/ working instructions updated

• Perform SAP/Contract Management System reconciliations of portfolio and other balances

• Prepare monthly financial statement and updating necessary reports

• Preparation of cash flow and coordination with regional Treasury Team

• Perform any accounting/finance ad-hoc duties and projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or Mathematics
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in the related sector
• Previous experience in basic accounting process is a must
• Attention to detail, mature, reliable, self-motivated and dedication, able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently as well as together with other team members with excellent communication skills
• Analytical Thinking, process-orientated and Excellent Communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Immediately available / Short notice is highly preferred
