Our Client, a well-established bank in  Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Teller /  Branch Operation Officer / Branch Operation Manager in their retail banking sector.

Responsibilities:

Teller:

• Handling counters transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers
• Promote and advise banking products and services to customers

Branch Operation officer/  Branch Operation Manager

• Supervise counter services and handle all round branch operations
• Ensure a smooth branch operations to enhance service quality to customers
• Ensure daily operation process are following the guidelines and procedures of the bank
• Handle complaints and maintain good relationship with customers 

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Teller: at least 1 year related exp. 
• Branch Operation officer: Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail banking operations with at least 2 year at supervisory level.
• Pass in IIQE Paper 1,2,3 and HKSI paper 1,7,8 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
