Job Description

Our client, an US based fund house, is seeking the above talent to cope with its business expansion

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as liaison between business units and IT
Gather user requirements, understand the user and business needs, analyse the requirements and clarify any related issue
Formulate and facilitate the path to the quality system solutions for the business operations and prepare solution documents
Conduct quality assurance tests on system jobs or new releases
Provide production and UAT support
Coordinate and handle special projects as requested

REQUIREMENTS

University graduate in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst role preferably in financial, retirement or investment funds industry
Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
Self-starter, attentive to details and able to work independently
Good communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Insurance experience is a must
