Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and action plans for quantitative and qualitative growth of the SME business portfolio including SME government guarantee loan, unsecured SME loan, mortgage loan, trade finance etc 
• Familiar with SME finance market competitive environment, and regulatory requirement
• Manage marketing programs and tactical action plans as well as provide functional guidance and support to frontlines

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Solid experience in product development end-to-end process, previous exposure in PRC market would be an advantage
• Familiar with SAS and the on-going development of SME banking services offered by competitors
