Job Description
職責:
-
處理授權事宜，向持卡人和商戶提供交易服務；

處理遺失及被盜信用卡；
-
處理客戶查詢；及其他有關工作。
入職要求:
-
具中學文憑試 (DSE) / 中學會考 (HKCEE)；
-
具金融業之客戶服務經驗，由以分行、信用卡或客戶服務之經驗更佳；
-
具良好的接線、客戶服務及溝通技巧；
-
需輪班工作（於08:00 – 23:00期間工作9小時，包括星期六、日及公眾假期）；
-
操流利廣東話和英語及良好中、英文書寫能力；
-
懂得使用MS Office及中文文書處理。
