Our client is a fast-growing and acquisitive business focusing on FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) and retail sectors. They are looking for seasoned professionals with knowledge of the FMCG/consumer/Beauty and Health sectors to join:

Responsibilities

• Work with the chairman to develop target finding strategies, including investment thesis, shortlisting and contacting
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research focusing on beauty products service industry and related value chain
• Apply business analysis models to analyse target companies
• Prepare financial analyses and modelling in preparation of deals
• Execute due diligence and develop action plans
• Work with the general manager to create deal funnel
• Prepare relevant material for the chairman and investors

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other disciplines
• At least 1-5 years of relevant experience in research
• Background from consulting companies, market research companies, M&A banking or private equities are required, previous experience focusing on FMCG or consumer’s health and beauty would be an advantage
• Extensive experience in commercial company analyses, such as benchmarking, market mapping, industry and financial analyses, knowledge in ROI and deal modelling are preferable
• Solid skills on conducting research and writing reports for private equities or banks
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
