USGFX is an ASIC-regulated brokerage established in 2005. We are opening new offices in China due to the booming of financial investment around the world and the rapid development of B2B and B2C markets in the country.

To enhance our service quality and create a positive corporate image, we initiated an online customer service center in Hong Kong. Thanks to the application of Service Management System and Customer Relationship Management, we are able to provide the best services with the utmost efficiency to our clients.

With the growing number of clients, we adapted O2O (Online To Offline) business model to suit more needs. The foundation of the real customer service center shows our determination to create a secure trading environment that extends excellent service. Working Hours&Holiday

Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00.

Saturdays and Sundays are holiday.

Requirement

1. Frequent user of English and Mandarin.

2. Bachelor’s degree is a must.

3. At least 5 years of experience

4. Local resident preferred

5. Experiences in after-sale service center, reception center and customer service preferred

Job Description

1. Lead a team of 4 people at most

2. Ensure client complaints are properly handled

3. Receive important guests and provide comprehensive consulting

4. Analyze after sale feedback

5. Manage and optimize the efficiency of customer service team

6. Develop company policy and allocate work

7. Implement and refine company training system

8. Make future plans for the department

Salary

1. HK$28,000 - 35,000 /month (salary and bonus are negotiable)

2. Comply with or even better than HK employment regulations.

【應徵條件】

1. 英語程度中等以上、普通話及廣東話皆能流利溝通。

2. 大學以上之畢業學歷。

3. 具5年以上工作經驗。

4. 曾任職於金融相關產業、或具備客戶服務部門、高級飯店、售後服務中心、接待中心之工作經驗。

5. 歡迎已經住在香港或在香港有自宅者應徵。

【工作職責】

1. 管理人數4人以下。

2. 解决客户的投訴處理與進度掌控。

3. 接待客戶並提供良好之諮詢服務。

4. 分析與整理售後服務反饋的资料。

5. 規劃、節約及控制公司費用開支。

6. 管理及優化客服人员之工作效率。

7. 制定公司規章及妥善分配工作量。

8. 規劃客戶服務之作業及工作計畫。

【待    遇】

1. 月薪：港幣28000~35000 (薪資及福利可面議)

2. 符合並優於香港雇傭條例
