Responsibilities:

• Handle authorization requests
• Manage and examine client authorization
• Handle loss reporting of credit card
• Process urgent requests for card replacement and related services
• Collect and process statistical data
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder
• Relevant working experience in credit card business an advantage
• Able to handle customers’ enquiries independently with good communication skills
• Proactive team player and able to work under pressure
• Self-initiated and highly organized with good analytical skills
• Shift duty required
  
  

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) & English, and be competent in MS Office applications
