Job Responsibilities:

• to ensure smooth operation of clearing and settlement function for Stocks, Futures and other investment products;
• Liaise with front office, clients, brokers and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues;
• Handle IPO application, IPO financing, placement booking & settlement with placing agents, prepare all necessary documents to external parties such as IPO book-runner, lead manager, HKEX and placing letter to clients and brokers;
• Process corporate actions and monitor client holding;
• Perform reconciliations of stock holding to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness;
• Ensure the correctness of customer data being kept under back-end system;
• Responsible for sending notification and reminder to clients such as margin call, delayed settlement etc.;
• Complied with internal reporting requirement and external reporting requirement;
• Responsible for external inspection on operational matters such as SFC, Stamp Duty Office, IRD, HKEx etc.;
• Participate in evaluating system enhancements, UATs and projects;
• If the applicant knows Ayers (Back Office System) is an advantage.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
• Immediate available is preferred
