Job Description

We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service, is a natural problem solver and gets excited about being part of a young and growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Help the head of customer support to manage the flow of support requests
  • Hire and train new team members and interns.
  • Communicate with our users on social media, e-mail and phone.
  • Support users with onboarding and resolve issues. 
  • Personally communicate with customers in most delicate and difficult cases
  • Set up processes for assembling user feedback and communicate with product team.
  • Build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends.
  • Help write educational content and FAQ sections.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written command of English. Cantonese preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in customer facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail or customer service.
  • Outgoing, friendly and resourceful
  • Natural empathy and diplomatic skills, leadership qualities.
