Job Role:

• Provide professional banking service and support to customers via Online Chat Room or Email
• Customers follow up regarding their enquiries received in writing
• Communicate customer feedback and process suggestions to our Management team for on-going service improvement

Requirements:

• Degree holder with any discipline
• Experience in customer service or sales field is an advantage
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
• Fresh Graduated are also welcome
