Hang Seng's Operations is a team of experienced banking operations professionals who strive for delivering time-to-market, efficient and world-class processing services to customers, corporations, financial institutions and internal units.

Cards and Loans Operations, supporting the distribution of cards, account maintenance and merchant operations.

Should you join our Operations unit, you will focus on delivering excellent services through teaming up with fellow colleagues, business partners and Group Services Centers. You will work closely with our branch staff, relationship managers, product owners and IT teams. You will be developed with skills and mindset for process ownership, quality and risk management, high performance coaching, adaptive operating model and effective cost management.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Temporary Senior Clerk, Cards and Loans Operations (12-Month Contract). 

Principal responsibilities

• Support on-site Point of Sales (POS) Terminal configuration update at Merchant
• Carry the Point of Sales (POS) Terminal from Hang Seng Tower (Kowloon Bay) to merchant located at HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories or Outlying Islands and provide Point of Sales (POS) Terminal support service
• Assist supervisor to perform daily operations and control
• Handle data input in credit card system in an accurate and efficient manner
• Perform other responsibilities / duties as assigned by respective supervisor

Requirements

• Form Five or above, with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
• Good team-player, with strong attentiveness to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Chinese and elementary in English
• Sound knowledge of PC application software such as MS Word, Excel.
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
