此計劃以全日制大專或以上之學生為對象（於2019及2020年畢業的大專生或大學生優先），課程旨在加深畢業後有志於財務策劃行業發展的年輕人對行業的認識。
約一星期的培訓課程包括：財務策劃基礎及人際工作坊、退休／強積金、事業發展、風險管理、專題個案建議分析等。
完成課程及符合入職要求的[email protected]學員，可獲得畢業證書及以實習生形式加入AIA成為準財務策劃顧問。透過體驗及參與財務策劃工作，給予學員一個難能可貴的經驗，幫助有志成為財富管理專才的學員快人一步達到人生夢想。
對象 : 全日制的香港大專或以上之學生（2019及2020畢業生優先）
名額 : 每班100人
語言 : 廣東話
日期及時間 : 2019年1月7日- 9日（星期一至三）9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
地點 : 香港鰂魚涌英皇道734號友邦香港大樓
