Working for the SHINEWING Financial Advisory Services team,you will be able to gain exposure to a wide spectrum of industries, global assignments and a variety of businesses spanning across Hong Kong listed companies, state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, private equity funds and assets management companies.

As one of the major services, the SHINEWING Financial Advisory Services team offers to support clients throughout the Merger and Acquisition (“M&A”) deal cycle:

• Buy-side and/or sell-side financial due diligence;
• Completion review;
• Sale and Purchase Agreement assistance;
• Business valuation; and
• Cross-border transaction consultancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be auditor in charge of assurance engagements and responsible for the planning and execution of audit fieldwork
• Manage and monitor the work completed by engagement team is in compliance with relevant auditing standards and the Firm’s audit approach
• Maintain good and efficient relationships within the engagement team and also with client personnel
• Demonstrate professionalism and competence at all times 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or in business related disciplines and with a professional accounting qualification;
• Qualified FCA or ACA from India with more than 7 years of post qualification experience;
• International CA or CPA qualification preferred;
• Relevant experience in audit in bank in India and full knowledge of Indian GAAP and RBI Prudential Norms;
• Experience in application of IFRS or IFRS equivalent standards in India and Indian Accounting Standard;
• Excellent project management skills and team management skills;
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, mature, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility;
• Advanced written and verbal communication skill in English and Chinese;
• Business travel is required.
