Account Clerk / Senior Account Clerk

Job Description:

• Perform daily accounting operations in Accounts Payable/Receivables operations, bank reconciliation, petty cash management, general ledger, etc.
• Prepare accounting vouchers and payment arrangements
• Able to handle full-set of account is an advantage
• Data entry on accounting and ERP system
• Reconcile data from different systems
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, preparation of management reports, accounting schedules, assist in various audit and taxation matters
• Coordinate with other departments on accounting matters
• Perform assets counts when required
• Provide general clerical support and general administrative assistance to the office
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required

Requirements:

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• LCCI Higher or HKIAAT member / student is preferred
• Presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in commercial field, candidates with clerical administration experience preferred
• Familiar with accounting software or ERP preferred
• Proficiency in using PC operation, such as MS office, and Chinese Word processing
• Ability to perform multi-task, capable to work under pressure, self-discipline and independently with judgement and minimal supervision
• Strong numerical sense and analytical skills, detail conscious and self-initiative
• Willing to travel to PRC when required
• Immediately available is preferred
