RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general ledger analysis, vehicle-related cost analysis and goods-in-transit report during month end closing
• Handle the reconciliation and confirmation of the intercompany accounts
• Perform special discount analysis and verify the relevant claims
• Prepare journal vouchers for month end closing
• Verify the payable invoices, travel reimbursement and post the payable transaction in the systems
• Prepare statement of accounts to dealer on a regular basis and monitor the accounts receivable
• Prepare various management and compliance-related reports on a regular basis
• Perform any ad hoc duties and projects

 REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in Accounting field
• Hands-on experience in SAP for Accounting function
• Detail-minded and well-organized
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates whom show eagerness to learn are also welcome
• Immediately available/short notice is highly preferred
