Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager to carry out the daily routine process of the department

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical support to Finance Department
• Handle Account Payable/costing/inventory/general ledger transactions;
• Assist in A/P processing including 3 ways matching for payment.
• Act as backup support during SAP testing, integration, training and system cutover
• Up keeping of fixed assets records.
• Assist in preparing cheques and banking documents.
• Petty cash control and expenses reimbursement.
• Other duties as assigned e.g. verify cost calculation, ad hoc analysis reports, filing

Requirements

• Post secondary education or above
• LCC higher with student membership of ACCA
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience in MNC
• Solid experience in Accounts payable/receivable/general ledger
• Good communication in English
• Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP a definite advantage
