Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior/Finance Accountant and wider finance team
• Perform reconciliations of accounts
• Process payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
• Handle and verify financial statements, journal entries, general ledgers and accounts and make corrections where appropriate
• Prepare profit and loss accounts sheets
• Prepare the Month-end and year-end closing
• Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Tertiary standard or diploma in accounting
• 3 years of solid accounting experience in trading firms
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
• Extensive experience in Quickbooks and ERP system would be an advantage
• Solid working experience in foreign enterprises is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
